VIDEO: Forward, Russia! - Breaking Standing

We’re so excited about this new Forward, Russia! record we can barely keep it together. We were absolute fans of the British At The Drive In meets guitar pop sound of Give Me A Wall, F,R!'s first LP, and now we have the sophisticated, slightly more prog aspects of Life Processes to rock out to. The first single off the record is “Breaking Standing”, a song we knew was going to be a tune the first time we heard the band play it out live waaaay back in March 2007. The video is also pretty sweet, and we’ve included it above. We’re just happy to have them back.

After the viewing of the video, please avert your attention to Spanish Triangles, the MP3 Drowned in Sound released via RCRD LBL a few months back. Delicious.
