I've been doing a lot of deep thinking as of late: did people start using the term "ants in your pants" because some dude actually made the mistake of emptying a jar of those fiery little guys in his britches OR was it because someone just as silly thought it an especially evocative rhyme? Does anyone know the real story? Because I've been in love with Mike Wexler's jams for a while and it just so happens that his sounds, while impossible to truly nail down, could be more accurately described as "snakes in your pants." TOTALLY PLURAL.

So, not a great rhyme, but a very sexy way of illustrating the menace and movement of Wexler's folk-y musings. Wrap your head around that for a bit and once your system has cooled down, download "Pneuma" and stream the perfect "Ecliptic." It's going to feel great, I promise.
