It’s been interesting to see what the Presets have been planning with their new album. We mean, we all loved their debut album Beams (“Are You The One?” is still like, classic), but electronic music has evolved so much in the last couple of years, it was worth wondering whether they had evolved with it. Well, wonder no more, because we got our copies of their new record Apocalypso, and it’s definitely on the future disco tip. Their new single, “This Boy's In Love”, is straight up Italo revival, with just enough electrobang to keep our feet shuffling. We’re streaming it today, to start your weekend off on a good note (there’s also a LifeLike remix for your listening pleasure--don't say we don't spoil you). And believe us, the rest of Apocalypso is going to slay everything when it’s released. EVERYTHING.
