FEATURED: Telepathe - Chrome's On It (Tan Lines remix)

The more we listen to them, the more excited we get about Telepathe, the post-punk vocal three-piece who make songs that sound like a modern-day version of the Slits, only slow and electro and awesome. Coincidentally, we’re also super into Brothers, the Brooklyn-based production duo we featured last week (who have recorded tracks for Professor Murder, Radio 4 and hey, Telepathe). Yesterday, a Telepathe remix surfaced on the FADER blog, by Tan Lines, the remix moniker of Eric from Brothers and Jesse from P Murder. It’s like a demented, twisted version of the Tom Tom Club, and it’s downloadable over at the FADER. At about one minute in, they use a sample of a cell phone causing electronic interference with an amplifier. We can’t even.

Check it out, as well as our own Telepathe/P Murder downloads…
