The Toronto-to-UK expats The Carps have been busy hammering out in Europe-(including touring with The Cool Kids). But now that spring is in the air, they're ready to release a new EP called Waves and Shambles (great name.) Compared to their prior album Young and Passionate Days, "Veronica Belmont" has got a much stronger electronic pulse-while distinctive heavy drums and Jahmal's wails retain a punked-out rock edge.
