DOWNLOAD: Kap10Kurt

Kap10Kurt first busted onto our radars when he opened for one of our current favorites, Yelle, last month at the Knitting Factory, and we were blown away by his savvy mix of ‘80s new wave, ‘70s synth funk and ‘90s electro house. The Swedish-born, NYC-based Kurt is releasing two tracks on RCRD LBL today, both from his self-titled record: “Die Sleeping”, which is an dreamy, M83-ish song centered around soft female vocals, and the Rolf Honey remix of his current single “Dangerseekers”. While “Dangerseekers” is more immediately dancey, both tracks will get your head bopping and feet shuffling.
