We have two new Cassettes Won’t Listen remixes for you today, of his single “Paper Float”: one by Brooklyn hip hop producer Scott Thorough and one by Ninjatune artist Blockhead. They both totally turn CWL’s indie electro sound on its head, giving it a slow, hip hop twist that keeps it interesting.

And finally, all you CWL fans out there take note: the video for “Paper Float” is debuting on MTV2 Subterranean this Sunday, and the man will be performing a free instore at Soundfix in Brooklyn tomorrow, March 21. We saw Cassettes play during CMJ at the After the Jump showcase, and it’s well worth seeing again.
