If we were the type of publication to coin new musical genres hither and tither, we would definitely invent one called “Schizo Tech”, which would encompass all of these totally crazy electrobang artists that sample and cut ‘n’ paste amazing remixes at breakbeat speed, with about a million things going on at once. We’ve been on the Blamma! Blamma! tip for some time now, and they epitomize that kind of all-over-the-place electro production. Check out their remix of Maximo Park’s “Our Velocity”, if you don’t have a seizure first.
