FEATURED: New Jams From Our Old Friends Bear Hands and the Dodos
Before we packed our bags for Austin (and everyone stopped answering emails) we asked some old friends who we had featured on RCRD LBL before to send us some new jams in honor of the festivities. Our calls did not go unanswered, as our bros Bear Hands and the Dodos both rose to the challenge and hit us with a brand new stream and download, respectively.
Bear Hands offered up an exclusive stream of a tune called "Vietnam", an uptempo melodic rocker that would fit perfectly on a TDK 90 cassette mixtape between tracks by Quicksand (!) and Hum (!!). Check it out, it's dope and makes us wish people still made mixtapes.
As for the Dodos, our friends at French Kiss hit us up with a new mix of fan favorite "Fools". Like the original, it's a fine, fine piece of toe-tapping pop bliss.
