Autechre Live Broadcast

unless you were one of the many maniacs who nearly shut down Bleep by ordering Autechre's Quaristice within seconds of its digital release, you've probably been staying awake for long stretches of time, waiting for the March 3rd/4th street date (depending on which part of the world you're in).

fortunately for Autechre fans, who often display borderline disturbing (albeit sincerely appreciated) enthusiasm, the band will be broadcasting a live show tomorrow, direct from their website (http://www.autechre.ws) at 8:00 PM GMT.  (if you'd like to figure out what time that will be where you are, and you're finding yourself frustrated by the complications of time zones, try finding a city near you on this chart).

and since it's Friday, we'd like to feature a stream of the first track off of Quaristice, "Altibzz" so you can prepare for this sprawling twenty-track beast properly.

if you can't wait any longer, the album is available on Bleep as 320kbps mp3 (or flac for the purists/mentalists), accompanied by delicious track-by-track art by Designers Republic.

Stream: Autechre - Altibzz

enjoy the track, and look for Autechre coming to a city near you:
