I always wondered why

I always wondered why "designer drugs"... why using a name related to drugs when there are so many efforts for fighting drugs? Am I supposed to think drugs are cool because they are dangerous? It doesn't matter what I think, I've learned my lesson with drugs in a drug addiction treatment. The question is, how many kids have learned their lesson?
