Awesome news today: we’re releasing an exclusive Matthew Dead track via the Ghostly International RCRD LBL blog. It’s called “Don’t Go This Way”, and was recorded during the Asa Breed sessions, Matthew’s most recent (and kinda brilliant) record. The song is built around piercing synth stabs and this quasi-tribal electronic percussion, with crazy, spooky whispers of looped background vocals and one distorted, The Knife-like lead vocal smeared over the entire thing. It’s great, and Ghostly are right on the money for releasing it through their RCRD LBL page.
