XX Teens used to be called Xerox Teens (what up copyright infringement!) and were part of the East London scene that birthed bands like the Horrors and Neil's Children. Now they're signed to Mute Irregulars, a new offshoot of Mute Records, and are releasing their new, totally spooky single, "How To Reduce the Chances of Being a Terror Victim".
