We recently saw Canadian MC and DJ Cadence Weapon open for Final Fantasy at the Bowery Ballroom, and as (pleasantly) surprised as we were to see a hip hop act open for a classical pop singer-songwriter, we didn’t really have a full grasp on what he was about—until now.
