Warp-signees Plaid are bringing their trippy electronica to these shores for a series of US tour dates. If you’re in the NYC are on Friday night, we highly recommend you head on down to the Knitting Factory to check them out live. If you never have, it’s an experience.
We’re also releasing some semi-old school Plaid goodness in the form of the instrumental version of “The Return of Super Barrio”, from their 2006 record Greedy Baby. Call us cynics, but whenever we hear the words “avant-garde jazz” we always pray that it sounds something like this.
