FEATURED: José González
.jpg)
Our hearts just exploded: Stereogum are streaming a brand new José González song, “Neon Lights” (the B-Side to current single “Killing For Love”). We’re massive (repeat: MASSIVE) José fans, and this song sees him at his haunting best. His new record In Our Nature is softer and smoother than his debut, Veneer (though we view the two albums as totally equal) and “Neon Lights” is the epitome of that vibe. If oiled backrubs from significant others could be manifested in song, they would sound like this.
In case you missed it, a few months ago we released an exclusive RCRD LBL-only track from José’s guitar/drum/organ side project Junip: feel free to download “Chickens” for your chilling pleasure.
