DOWNLOAD: Speaker Bite Me

Yesterday we posted about Jomi Massage, the one-woman Danish band that sounds like a more rocking version of our favorite one-woman German band, Planningtorock. Jomi Massage (real name Signe Hoirup Wille-Jorgensen) is also the front woman for Speaker Bite Me, another band on Morningside Records. They have a similar art pop vibe, but resemble more a genre-pushing band like The Knife than anything else we’ve heard so far (with, let’s be fair, a dollop of old school trip hop band Moloko). We’re releasing three of their songs today, our favorite being the bouncy-yet-haunting “Belle De Boskoop”. Enjoy.
