Today we have a new Meanest Man Contest song entitled "I Would Leave" for all you RCRD LBL fans out there. The track is MMC's second for us and is a droning electro slow-jam, which draws a very stark contrast to their first RCRD LBL single, "Partially Smart" (which was a super indie hip-hop track). As an added treat, "I Would Leave" features a sample from "Lichen", a song by Ghostly International artist and RCRD LBL-affiliate Christopher Willits. It's a prefect chill-out song, and with hip-hop and ambient now part of their repertoire, who knows what the mighty MMC will come up with next?
