We're suckers for the whole techno scene that's coming out of Paris at the moment, and it's safe to say that Institubes is one of the premiere labels of the movement, characterized by their hard electronic beats and distorted grooves. We saw pint-sized DJ and Institubes artist Surkin perform over the summer at Studio B in Brooklyn, and were totally blown away by his skills behind the decks. Pound for Pound have just featured a couple of tracks off his EP including Kiss 'N' Horns, a reworking of his own track Kiss and Fly. Check it out...
