We're suckers for the whole techno scene that's coming out of Paris at the moment, and it's safe to say that Institubes is one of the premiere labels of the movement, characterized by their hard electronic beats and distorted grooves. We saw pint-sized DJ and Institubes artist Surkin perform over the summer at Studio B in Brooklyn, and were totally blown away by his skills behind the decks.
