Cardiff, Wales' Los Campesinos! are playing their first mid-size venue headlining show in NYC today--at the Bowery Ballroom--and anyone who was at their explosive Mercury Lounge dates over the summer know what they're in for: really, really stoked kids playing their hearts out. Sounding like the The Arcade Fire on happy pills, Los Campesinos!'s primary vibe is one of over-excited schoolchildren at their first show ever. Their debut mini-album, Sticking Fingers Into Sockets is out now, and though it does not contain their newest single "International Tweexcore Underground", it is well worth a gander.
